It's raining.

We was outside weeding & ffuts when we HEARED it coming.

Started scrambling & gathering up our stuffins & got soaked anyways.

Apposed to have off & on storms from now thru Caturday.

I just told B I wanted to put on some tunes & do some indoor farming.

Iffin we just sit here, we'll both get cranky.

I forgot to telz you that Jinn Kai has a new job.

He was promoted from swiffer dude to surfer magazine
carrying dude.

I puts these free pamphlets in each unit that tells about
the island and Jinn Kai calls them surfer magazines.

So I glimpsed something out of the corner of my eye (not unusual) and I look & there is a widdle lizard just strolling across the living room floor (very unusual).

I got up, moved slowly that direction to get a closer look but was thinking I oughta get a paper cup with which to catch him in. It was only about 4" long.

SUDDENLY, he saw or felt me & scurried

towards the door.

I opened the door & said, "Nice seeing ya."

Quite bizarre cuz I just read how lizards are exceptional at picking up ground vibrations & just before that I had felt this side-to-side, shaking-like motion.

Oh... and it was a ddo lizard... looked more like a teensy black snake with 4 legs. Wasn't one of the neon green & blues that I usually see.

I spied a little spot on the garage door before
dawn this morning. I got closer to get a
better look.

It was an itty bitty tree frog. Smaller than a dime
he was.

Then there is this weird bee. He just has to buzz my
right leg all the time.

I keep saying, Go away

and he does but he comes right back.

So we started flying this airplane off
the ledge and he would run downstairs
and get it and we'd do it again.

We gots yelled at by Krystal a few times
until she realized it expended lots of
energy for him to keep running downstairs
after the plane.
