Feeling it mostly in the back/solar plexus area & it feels like everything is sloshing around in there.

Speaking of... we saw on the news last night where this one rain storm STOPPED over an area in SW TN & just SAT there for an hour & a half.

and has a black & white spotted monkey for a zipper pull...

I also got some fruit flavored glitter spray...gonna has

Body Focus/5 Minute Focus:  Hands are ON today, which makes this a fabulous day to do all sorts of tactile soothings. Wrapping our hands in a blanket or sheets that are soft or digging them into the soil or sand. Not so much water element today as more solid types of elements but of course if you personally felt water was where your hands wanted to be, then that is valid for you!   As well we want to focus any formal hands-on work on our hands themselves. Using one finger of the opposite hand, slowly run over your hand from about 1 or 2 inches above. What areas feel like they need some loving attention? How about the thumb knuckle? How about any of the veins running just ider the skin on the topside of our hands or the tendons? Look for areas that are not "normally" worked with today. As well, getting to the point where we feel we can actually touch our hand might take time in itself. Clearing the space between our finger and hand is the best place to spend focus time on. It is not massage, it is pre-massage. This is straight energywork and all empathic!

Actually I "work" with my own hands every night. I sit with a huge Selenite crystal and use the point to pressure point all over my hands. There is a special point related to the pineal gland about one half inch from the tip of the thumb - on the underneath/palm side. That point is heavenly - eventually I feel that one all over my body.

 There's one doctor at Kaizer that knows how to talk to me, I wont talk

to the others cepts to tell them to go to hell. They ask me what's wrong, I

tell them and what will fix it, and they ignore what I say. That's when I ask

them when they will be leavein for hell. Guad I hate them people, but the sons

a bitches wont give me my pills if I don't go see them. The one that I actually

talk diecent to doesn't mess with me anymore, I tell him what I need and he does it.

 I imagine this one bitch doctor is gonna try to jack me around if I don't go see her,

but I gotz a surprize for her, she aint gonna be my doctor anymore, so there.

 Oh, did I mention I had to go to the doctor today?
