This is for you in case Jinn Kai ever wants to play baseball.

At one point during a game, the coach called one of his
9-year-old baseball players aside and asked, 'Do you understand what
cooperation is? What a team is?' The little boy nodded in the affirmative.
'Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose
together as a team?' The little boy nodded yes.
'So,' the coach continued, 'I'm sure you know, when an out is
called, you shouldn't argue, curse, attack the umpire, or call him a
pecker-head. Do you understand all that? Again the little boy nodded.
He continued, 'And when I take you out of the game so another
boy gets a chance to play, it's not good sportsmanship to call your coach a dumb ass' is it?' Again the little boy nodded.
'Good,' said the coach. 'Now go over there and explain all that
to your grandmother!

:cheer:  for the beach beatches.

:anon:

I potted 12, 6" Medicine Maters & 4, 12' pots.  If they live, I'm gonna sell them.   Oh.. and market them as 'Magical Mystery Mdicine Maters'. :cheer: The 'mystery' is because I'm not 100% certain what variety they iz.   I knows they're all organic & they gotta be one of 4 varieties we had last year.

Then, I went & trimmed some branches off some big trees to make umbrellas & transplanted 17 Medicine Maters to the north garden.  :cheer:

The 17 maters were in 2 rows of 9.   Figure that one out.  8)

Funny thing is, after taking more than 40 plants out I could prolly take another 25 or so & still not notice any gone.
Seems 'someone' wants us to have plenty of maters.  :)  And what's cool right now is that they're mostly in the East which is YELLOW & they are covered right now with YELLOW blossoms.  :hail: Mater Deva

I'm already showered & dressed & off on errands soon.  :bawling:   Nah.. it's yakO, but I'd much rather nap.

Love y'all.

The reason why you have so much tomatoes.

Tomato is a miracle fruit.  Dr Oz of Oprah fame said once.. "if a town should be named after Oranges, a whole country should be named after tomatoes"

Quote
"Tomato sauce
Dr. Oz recommends eating 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce per week. “Inside the tomato is a chemical called lycopene,” says Dr. Oz. “This chemical has a wonderful effect—it’s an antioxidant.” Dr. Oz says there are added benefits from eating tomato sauce or paste as opposed to plain tomatoes. “A raw tomato is fine, too, but if you get a little fat with it—either with some nuts or a little olive oil and dressing—then it’s perfect,” says Dr. Oz. “It helps you absorb it better into your intestinal system.”

Even canned, pureed, or processed in any other way, it still retains goodness

Wikipedia say:

Quote
"Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and contain lycopene as well as small (almost negligible) amounts of nicotine. "

Yah... Nicotine!!!!
No wonder I like them!

"Nutritional Facts About Tomatoes

Tomatoes are a rich source of several nutrients. They are well known for their high vitamin C content, but also contain significant amount of vitamin A, B vitamins including niacin and riboflavin, magnesium, phosphorous and calcium.

Tomatoes are also a good source of chromium, folate and fiber.

In recent years a particular nutrient found in abundance in tomatoes, lycopene, has made many headlines for its disease fighting abilities.

The Health Giving Properties of Sweet Tomatoes

Lycopene is well known as a preventer of prostate cancer, which makes tomatoes high on the healthy food list for men.

Lycopene is not just important for men though. It is a powerful antioxidant and as such helps to protect the cells in our bodies from damage.

Studies in humans have shown that lycopene is protective against a variety of cancers including prostate of course, but also colorectal, breast, lung, endometrial, pancreatic, bladder, cervical and skin cancers.

Lycopene has also been shown to help prevent heart disease and may slow the development of cataracts and macular degeneration, an age related vision problem that can lead to blindness.

More facts about tomatoes? The vitamin B6, niacin, potassium and folate found in abundance in tomatoes are potent protectors against heart disease.

Niacin can lower high cholesterol levels and potassium has been shown to lower high blood pressure and to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Vitamin B6 and folate also work to convert the homocysteine in our bodies into harmless molecules. High levels of homocysteine are associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke.

The fiber in tomatoes also helps lower cholesterol levels, helps prevent colon cancer and helps to keep blood sugars at a low level.

Tomatoes are a source of riboflavin which has been shown to be helpful for migraine sufferers by reducing the frequency of their headaches.

A helpful note about tomato nutrition is that lycopene is actually more available to the body when tomatoes are cooked, so cooked or canned tomatoes are just as nutritious for you as raw.

The facts about tomatoes definitely point to this fruit/vegetable as a nutrient powerhouse and a super food to be enjoyed as often as possible.

Actually, yesterday afternoon I was so 'seasick-drunk' that I laid on the couch & did nothing but grin.  :)
The energies were so egnarts that I coulda got :wtf: but when I went out & sat on the deck I knew all was well.  8)

First.. I heard a 'buzzing' in my right ear that was similar to a bee & looked to find a dragonfly sitting on my right shoulder.  I smiled & said, "Hiiiii.  How are you?".   He flew in a circle in front of me & then back to my shoulder before flying off.

THEN... not even a minute later another sound from my LEFT shoulder...this time a whirrrrrrrrly sound.  I looked again, and a humming bird came within 3 feet of my face, looking my straight in the eye.

And SUDDENLY, I knew that everything here is exactly as it is apposed to be.

I don't understand it, but my friend Chris rates the 'magnetic' & electric' every day... 1-7.  Yesterday, for the first time since she's been doing this (over 10 years) she said the 'magnetic' was "less than 1".   She's picking up on a connection between the mag/elec & the Mayan calander but doesn't quite know 'what' yet.

Muffin Malone, Muffin Malone...pretty little Muffin Malone.

I was singing it in my mind yesterday and when it got to the end,
he sang it out loud...pretty little Muffin Malone...then grinned at
me and ran down the hall.  Ah ha!  Thought I, I know something
