Okay, Flower...remember that vegetable that was either a
large cucumber or a small zucchini?
We have confirmation. It was getting very watermelonlike (heavy)
so I picked it...
Didn't have the bumpy texture like
you said and it had been dark green and was turning a golden
color...
So I washes it off then got my favorite knife
and cut it
open...
It was a very large cucumber! A very large
and quite tasty cucumber, I might add. Pey, I ate some
of it. The rest I sliced the rest of it up and put in the fridge with
Italian dressing on it to marinate...the slices were about
3 inches in diameter!
Best dang cucumber I ever et.
And I have zucchini growing...funny how it comes out
of a huge yellow flower...
The tomatoe monster lurks waiting for the tinge of
orange on the tomatoes and I beat him to it at
the first sign of the tinge and they ripen on the
kitchen window sill.

That's today's farm report...except Strawberries have
been seen...little ones...but documented all the same.
